Fine and penalities
- Failure to pay dues on due date will entail a fine of Rs. 5 per day.
- In case a student does not deposit his/her dues in advance his/her name will be struck off the roll at the end of the month.
- The name of the students shall also be struck off of the roll of the college if he/ she remains absent, without leave for continuous 10 days or more.
- If the name of a student is struck off, he/she must be accompanied by his/her father or mother at the time of re-admission.
- In case, the name of a student is struck off, re-admission is permissible, with a fine of Rs. 100.00, only after the recommendation of concerned teachers.
- If the name of a student is struck off for the second time, he/ she will have to pay a fine of Rs. 200.00. A student will not be admitted if his/ her name is struck off for the third time.
- Once name is struck off, the student must read it himself/ herself within seven days after that he/she will have to pay a fine of Rs. 10/- per day at the time of re-admission.
- The Principal can expel a student from the college if he I she is found guilty of misconduct.
- Every student will have to procure No Dues certificate from the college librarian/fee clerk/ N.S.S. Programme officer/ Sports in charge if he/she wants to leave the college.
- The library security deposit will lapse if a student does not apply for refund of security within one year of his/ her leaving the college.
- Late return of library books Rs. 1/Day
Other Fines will be as below :
- Absence for one period Re. 1/-
- Absence per practical Rs. 3/-
- Absence in House Examination : Rs. 100/- per paper
Students are advised to preserve fee receipts Identity cards etc. issued by the college. In case a fee receipt or Identity card is lost, Photo copy or a duplicate Identity card can be obtained from the college office on payment of Rs. 20/-(Rs. Twenty Only).
