Leave Rules For Students

• A student can proceed on leave with prior permission of the Principal but the application should also be signed by the parental guardian of the student and duly recommended by the tutor.
• A tutor can sanction leave up to 3 days while a leave application up to 7 days is to be sanctioned by the chief tutor. Leave for more than seven days is to be sanctioned by the Principal only.
• The application must be got sanctioned by the applicant himself/ herself and he /she must ensure that the concerned subject teachers have noted down the leave. Application being brought for sanction by some other student will not be considered.
• Leave on account of illness if it is for more than three days, must be accompanied by a medical certificate or Registration Slip.
• Student may proceed on any kind of leave but he I she must deposit his/ her fees/fines on the appointed day. Otherwise his I her admission will stand canceled.
• Students, who go for participation in various inter college games or other competitions, will have to get their leave sanctioned and noted down by the concerned subject teachers before their departure for the participation.
• Leave during house examinations will be sanctioned by the Principal after the recommendation of the concerned subject teachers in special cases only.
