Mid-Term Test and Class Attendance
Mid term test(MTT) of 15 marks will be held in each semester. Every Student will have to appear in the MTT and score at Ieast 35% marks in each subject[H.P.U. ord. No. 6.2(c)].
A student who fails to show satisfactory result in the M.TT. shall forfeit his claim to fee concession or other financial assistance.
Every student must attend at least 75% lectures both in theory and practical separately. Otherwise his / her examination form will not be forwarded to the University. [H.P.U. ord no. 6.2(6)].
The Principal can condone the shortage in lectures in respect of those students who have to miss classes on account of their participation in N.S.S., sports, cultural or academic activities.
Internal Assessment will be made on the basis of class attendance/assignments/Seminars and marks obtained in MTT.
Students have to pass both in internal assessments and end term exam. separately.
A students has to pass in internal assessment, practical and end semester examination with 35% in each separately and 45% in aggregate in all these for passing the UG Degree Course.
